J.P. Morgan
Dianne Challenor is Managing Director and Head of Treasury Services, Asia Pacific for J.P. Morgan. Responsible for driving the firm’s regional business across cash management, liquidity and escrow services, Challenor is responsible for all key functions, including strategy, sales, product development, client service and solution implementation. Di partners closely with the firm’s local, regional and global teams across the Corporate & Investment Bank to deliver market-leading solutions to its clients.

Di joined J.P. Morgan in 2013 after 13 years at Citi, where she held several senior roles. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, she was Chief Operating Officer for Citi’s transaction bank in Asia Pacific, and was also part of Citi’s Executive Committee in Asia. Prior to joining Citi, Di worked at Hewlett Packard and SAS Institute in variety of sales and business management roles.

She holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (Australia) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree from University of Western Sydney (Australia).

Both personally and professionally, Di continues to be active in a range of community initiatives. In particular, Di has been a strong advocate for expanding education opportunities among disadvantaged children, notably as co-Chair for the City Kids Hong Kong Preschool Association from 2007-2012, during which time she was instrumental in leading the school through its next phase of development. Di is also a key supporter in helping women in the workforce address professional challenges and raise their profile in their respective organizations. She is currently Asia Pacific co-Chair for J.P. Morgan’s Women’s Interactive Network (WIN), which is aimed at the retention, development and advancement of women at all levels at J.P. Morgan.
